Early bird Deadline - 14/08/2024

If you’re exhibiting, building a stand, or delivering product at an NEC show make sure you book your delivery online in advance, for a simple in-out operation. ALL deliveries must be booked in advance and booking confirmation printed off to display on the vehicle dashboard on arrival at the lorry park and hall.

Please note: Display vehicles do not need to book in via Voyage Control.

PLEASE NOTE: Access for space only stands on Sunday 8th September is ONLY permitted for those whose stand is in Hall 20. Please do not try and book for the Sunday if you are in halls 17-19 as this will be cancelled.

Stand Plan Inspection Fee *Compulsory 

A stand plan inspection fee of £295+VAT must be paid in full before the submission of plans for review.  Receipt of this payment must be made in order to gain authorisation to start stand build onsite. 

**Please note the fee may have been included on your booking form. Please check your contract beforehand**  

Please note additional fees maybe required if your stand is Complex or you have Rigging on your stand.
