Early Bird Deadline - 14/08/2024

If you’re exhibiting, building a stand, or delivering product at an NEC show make sure you book your delivery online in advance, for a simple in-out operation. ALL deliveries must be booked in advance and booking confirmation printed off to display on the vehicle dashboard on arrival at the lorry park and hall.

Please note: Display vehicles do not need to book in via Voyage Control.

Please note you may already have a scanner included in your Exhibitor Registration Fee on your contract. Please ensure you check your stand contract before ordering additional scanners. If you wish to order an additional scanner, then this can only be done when you receive the welcome email to your account. Upgrading to a turnkey stand not only improves the look of your stand, but the packages include the most common items ordered by exhibitors.
