RWM
Scrapp (Stand RS-SU5) will show how better waste data delivers real financial results, sharing how its platform helped a major NFL and FIFA World Cup 2026™ stadium cut its waste bill by 22%, save over $300,000 and lift its recycling rate to 39.7% in a single year. Visitors can explore the latest version of Scrapp's web portal and try Bin Blitz, a new waste-sorting game for public- and private-sector education programmes, with the chance to win a zero-waste experience.
CONTENUR (Stand CT-F250) returns as the only Underground Refuse System (URS) manufacturer exhibiting at RWM this year. A URS disposal column will be on display, with the team on hand to discuss how the technology delivers collection cost savings, increased waste capacity and improved streetscapes for councils and developers planning future schemes.
WasteGrid (Stand RS-A180) is targeting a hard launch in the run-up to the show, making RWM its first major industry moment. Built specifically for the UK waste, recycling and environmental services sector rather than adapted from generic job boards, the platform puts licence and qualification matching at the core of sector recruitment.
Pöttinger (Stand ME-B240) will demonstrate falconic, its interactive digital platform for intelligent fleet management. Visitors can see real-time location, operating status and fill level of a portable compactor fleet at a glance, and explore how greater transparency helps operators manage equipment more efficiently.
Veolia (Stand CT-F290) brings a two-day programme to RWM. On day one, the municipal team showcases work with local authorities to build resilient waste and recycling systems and discusses community-focused reuse initiatives. On day two, experts from waste, energy and water are on hand to discuss how businesses can build resilience through sustainable resource management.
The Netherlands Pavilion (Stand RS-F150) brings eleven Dutch waste and circular economy companies to Birmingham as part of a dedicated delegation. Exhibitors include Banzo Engineering (turnkey waste sorting systems), Gusella Bakker (crane and excavator attachments), InSystem.io (AI-driven optical sorting and recycling robots), Waste Vision (smart collection technologies including fill-level sensors and route optimisation), De Paauw Sustainable Resources (recycled PP and LDPE materials), Afvalzorg (landfill operations and gas management), QToploader (automated bulk material sorting and dosing systems), and Tible (secure software platforms for Deposit Return Systems). The pavilion is coordinated by MetaSus and The Waste Not Spot.
AMP (Stand ME-E224) will demonstrate its AI-powered Smart Sortation™ for municipal solid waste, engineered to typically deliver 60%+ diversion and 90%+ uptime. Compact, adaptable system designs can integrate into existing infrastructure in sites as small as 20,000 square feet, and visitors can explore AMP ONE®, the company's Sortation-as-a-Service model offering a competitive per-ton price and guaranteed diversion.
John King Chains (Stand EN-H100) marks its centenary year at RWM, celebrating 100 years of British manufacturing. Founded in 1926 and still family owned, the team will discuss conveyor chains, sprockets, laser-cut components and complete conveying solutions for the Energy from Waste, Biomass, Cement, Recycling and Bulk Materials Handling sectors. The Group was awarded The King's Award for Enterprise last year for its international trade success.
CBAi (Stand RS-A184) brings practical AI training for essential industries to the show, with five scenario-focused programmes covering everything from senior leadership decision-making to hands-on Copilot training for tenders, reporting and admin. Visitors can take a short AI Readiness Scorecard on the stand for an actionable framework, with entrants in with a chance of winning a free place on a CBAi course. Founder Ceris Burns also speaks at the ESS Future Talent Hub on 16 September at 12pm.
Dennis Eagle and Terberg Matec UK (Stand CT-G320) will launch two new solutions for waste collection operations. Dennis Eagle debuts CrewSense AI, an integrated behavioural awareness camera system compatible with Terberg bin lift systems, designed to reduce near-miss incidents and improve crew confidence. Terberg Matec UK unveils the ORUS 11 HD, a compact satellite RCV with an 11m³ watertight body and a market-leading 7,800kg payload, built for commercial food waste and glass collections.
PermiServ, now part of Routeware, brings the fourth year of its Garden Waste Awards to RWM, celebrating councils and teams delivering standout garden waste services. Categories include Best Run Service, Garden Waste Champion and Best Newcomer, with entries free and closing 28 August. Find the team in the LARAC Lounge on Stand LA4, with winners announced at LARAC's networking drinks from 2pm-2:45pm on day one. The wider Routeware stand (CT-H250) showcases connected collection technology alongside mocktails and ice cream as part of a "Sip, Scoop & Socialise" celebration.
Bollegraaf (Stand ME-D200) brings its ONE platform to RWM, a modular digital system connecting machines, sensors and operational data across a recycling facility. Combining decades of recycling expertise with AI and data intelligence, it's designed to move plants from reacting to issues toward predicting and preventing them, with benefits including reduced downtime, higher throughput and lower maintenance costs.
CameraMatics (stand CT-H320) shares a case study on its partnership with Gloucester-based N-Virocycle, specialists in recycling food and beverage industry waste into agricultural fertiliser. Since switching providers, N-Virocycle's 30-plus vehicle fleet has gained real-time fleet visibility, simplified Direct Vision Standard compliance, and smarter, more efficient operations through advanced telematics - all backed by a single point of contact for installation, support and fault resolution.

SoilFLO (Stand CLR-044) will run live demonstrations ahead of DEFRA's Digital Waste Tracking regulation coming into force for permitted waste sites in October 2026. Visitors can see how the platform digitises waste tracking, simplifies compliance, and is already evolving to support future requirements for waste carriers and producers.

WWEM
Xylem (Stand WW-L84) brings two major showcases to WWEM. The company will demonstrate its HydroDaaS offering for Section 82 Continuous Water Quality Monitoring compliance, with the HydroRIG-PK Solar Pumped Kiosk and YSI EXO2S multiparameter sonde taking centre stage as water companies scale monitoring networks across AMP8 and beyond. Alongside this, Xylem showcases the Surfbee Autonomous Surface Vehicle, a remotely operated drone boat developed with Australian robotics specialist Surfbee Hydrobotics, compatible with YSI EXO sondes and SonTek acoustic profiling instruments for water quality, flow and bathymetric data collection in hard-to-reach locations.
Solinst (Stand WW-K86) will showcase the newly launched Levelogger® 6 Series, its next-generation water level and temperature datalogger. Key upgrades include a Hastelloy® pressure sensor with 0.05% full-scale accuracy, a battery life of up to 10 years, a high-speed Mk3 USB-C interface that doubles data offload speeds, and dedicated backup memory protecting the most recent 20,000 readings.
Aquaspira (Stand WW-T94) will showcase its UK-manufactured, low-carbon large diameter pipe and storage solutions, built using Composite Steel Reinforced technology as a lighter, faster-to-install alternative to standard concrete pipes. Following its appointment as preferred supplier to United Utilities in 2026, visitors can view scale models and case studies from its catalogue spanning 600mm to 2250mm gravity pipes, pipeline access and pollution containment tanks.
Flowstop (Stand WW-T96) will demonstrate its custom-fit inflatable flood barriers, which seal doors, garages and windows in minutes with no construction work or tools required. With average UK flood payouts up 60% to £30,000 in 2025, the team will be joined by UK distributor Flood Defender to talk through installation, sizing and wider flood resilience planning.
Butek Tanks (Stand WW-T70) will showcase its integrated solutions for temporary wastewater treatment and stormwater storage as AMP8 drives investment in reducing CSO discharges and network resilience. Its Modular Wastewater System, developed in 2006 for humanitarian aid, restored treatment capacity after severe flooding destroyed three wastewater treatment works in Germany's Ahr Valley in 2021, with a 1,000 PE system held in UK stock and installable within 14 days. Alongside it, visitors can see Butek's above-ground storage tanks, lined with Landflex™ ES geomembranes and backed by a 10-year warranty and 20+ year design life, now appointed to a major UK water company framework for AMP8 projects.

HJS Emission Technology (Stand AQE-J32) will discuss its emission control solutions for stationary and mobile gensets, helping operators meet MCPD, Stage V and Tier 4f compliance ahead of the December 2029 deadline for existing plants. The team will highlight a recent Swindon facility upgrade that took a Stage IIIA 200kVA genset with over 7,000 operating hours to full Stage V compliance, offering a cost-effective alternative to full replacement.
Cura Terrae (AQE-J54) will discuss its newly launched Marine and Coastal Division, expanding the consultancy's expertise to help clients protect, restore and enhance the UK's marine and coastal environments.
