Eleven Dutch waste and circular economy companies will arrive in Birmingham this September as part of a dedicated Netherlands Pavilion at RWM Expo 2026, bringing with them a distinctly Dutch tradition of solving complex environmental challenges through innovation and collaboration.
The delegation will exhibit at the Netherlands Pavilion, stand RS-F150, at the NEC Birmingham on 16-17 September.
The Netherlands has a long history of finding innovative solutions to challenges created by limited land and natural resources. Perhaps no symbol represents this better than the Dutch windmill, which is featured prominently at the Dutch stand. In its time, it was a technological breakthrough, which required a highly cooperative effort and creative financing to be applied successfully. At RWM 2026, the Netherlands Pavilion will bring that philosophy to today’s challenge: how to manage resources more intelligently and accelerate the transition towards a circular economy.
One circular economy delegation, Eleven Dutch companies
Banzo Engineering designs and integrates turnkey waste sorting systems for different solid waste streams, working with customers to develop complete solutions for efficient material recovery.
Gusella Bakker designs and manufactures attachments for cranes, excavators, and material-handling equipment, including grabs, rotators, and container-emptying systems used across recycling, waste management, and industrial operations.
InSystem.io develops advanced recycling technologies combining optical sorting systems, recycling robots, and AI to improve material recovery and provide operators with real-time insights into sorting performance.
Waste Vision provides smart waste collection technologies including fill-level sensors, access control, asset-management software and route optimisation, helping municipalities and waste operators improve collection logistics and waste separation.
De Paauw Sustainable Resources recycles and compounds polyolefin plastics into recycled PP and LDPE materials, creating new applications for post-consumer and post-industrial plastics.
Afvalzorg combines hands-on landfill operations with specialist technical expertise in areas including landfill gas and methane management, environmental compliance, site closure, rehabilitation and redevelopment.
QToploader develops fully electric, automated systems for sorting and dosing bulk materials into continuous industrial processes, with installations operating across recycling, biomass, chemical processing, cement and digestion facilities.
Tible develops secure, business-critical software platforms for Deposit Return Systems (DRS), including counting centre management solutions. Its technology supports the complex operational, financial and collection processes required to operate large-scale deposit return schemes.
MetaSus and The Waste Not Spot coordinate the trade delegation and Netherlands Pavilion. Visitors to RWM Expo are invited to meet the delegation and explore opportunities to cooperate and do business with the Dutch at Stand RS-F150. “Tot ziens” at RWM!
