Julie Foley is the director of flood risk strategy and national adaptation at the Environment Agency. Julie has worked for the Environment Agency for the past twelve years, where she has led the development of key flood risk strategy. Prior to focusing on flooding, she has experience managing a range of environmental issues such as pollution control, fisheries and biodiversity among others.
