About Niki Roach:

Niki is a Director of Blue & Green Consulting, currently working with South West Water, where she is supporting the creation of a whole catchment approach to delivering Green First - embedding blue and green solutions - in AMP8. Previously she supported the Director of Asset Management and team in producing the PR24 Business Plan, WINEP and the DWMP. She has over 20 years of experience in the water sector, delivering operational and strategic change through system-level thinking and collaboration.

She is also Honorary Vice-President and a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM), a Yorkshire & Humber Climate Commissioner as well as the host of Planet Possible, the CIWEM Podcast. She is a passionate environmentalist and a water sector expert, who believes that by connecting the right people, anything is possible.
