Dr Wendy Fail is the Senior Waste Management Officer at Northumberland County Council. She has almost 25 years' experience in the environmental and waste management profession, working in the public, private and charitable sectors. She sits on the Exec Committee for LARAC, the North East CIWM Centre and the North East Recycling Forum. In her current role she is responsible for a wide range of waste collection services across Northumberland, including their current kerbside food waste collection pilot scheme, which has been operational since November 2022.
