Theo Michaels is a chef, presenter and award-winning author. He was a previous Masterchef contestant in 2014 and is now resident chef on Channel 4’s Steph’s Packed Lunch. He has also been Canned Food UK’s ambassador for the last two years.

Theo has seven published cookbooks, two of which won the 2020 Gourmand World Cookbook awards. Some of his titles include Orexi (translated into 3 languages) Rustica, SHARE, CANNED and most recently Grazing and Feasting Boards. His latest book Theo’s Family Kitchen is set to be released in 10th October 2023.
