Patrick joined ESA last year and is responsible for developing policy relating to dry recyclables, biowaste and WEEE regulation. He seeks to drive the sector’s positive commitment to implementing the Government’s flagship Resources and Waste Strategy reforms, and ensure that the sector sets voluntarily high standards for waste exports.
