Olly joined Local Partnerships in 2019 as a Project Director in the PFI & PPP team. Prior to this, Olly spent 16 years working as a lawyer at Pinsent Masons in the Projects team. He has worked predominantly on complex PPP and PFI contracts acting mainly for local authorities, across a number of sectors including waste; advising on a number of residual waste projects and anaerobic digestion projects. He advised Denbighshire, Conwy and Flintshire County Councils on all aspects of their AD contract entered into with Biogen, and Cardiff Council and the Vale of Glamorgan Council on their food and green waste contract entered into with Kelda. More recently he has been responsible for the development of a model contract to be used by local authorities in England as a basis for developing their food waste contracts.
