Mark has managed policy and regulation across both generation and retail renewable energy projects for over ten years. Mark led the development of the REA’s 2019 Bioenergy Strategy and has worked closely with industry stakeholders and civil servants to inform the Governments new Biomass Strategy, published this summer.
