Linda joined the Resources & Waste team at Defra in 2018 to work on packaging policy and extended producer responsibility. Prior to that she held various posts at WRAP. Latterly as Head of Resource she was responsible on the delivery of programmes on collection, increasing recycling and material quality, as well as the national recycling campaign Recycle Now. In 2020 she was awarded an MBE for services to the waste and recycling sector.
