Policy Connect is a cross-party think tank, specialising in: supporting parliamentary groups, forums and commissions; delivering impactful policy research and event programmes; and bringing together parliamentarians and government in collaboration with academia, business and civil society. Policy Connect looks to inform public policy in Westminster and Whitehall so as to improve people’s lives.

Katy is a Senior Researcher in Policy Connect's Sustainability team. She is responsible for the events and research programme of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Sustainable Resources, including delivery of a recent research inquiry exploring the role of reusable packaging in bringing about a more circular economy in the UK.
