James Armitage is the Head of Procurement at Valpak, where he oversees all evidence supply across Valpak's three producer compliance schemes for packaging, WEEE and batteries.
He has previous experience as an operations analyst, with a particular focus on packaging compliance and the PRN market, forecasting the UK obligation and modelling the supply of PRNs in order to assess the UK position.
Before working as an analyst, James was a part of Valpak's International Compliance department, with expertise in European compliance regimes for producer responsibility so is experienced in alternative compliance systems.
