As a person who is dyslexic Gill is the founder of Elevating Voices, created to celebrate people connected to the resources and waste sector. It is about the journey that has led us all to this point and the backgrounds and experiences we each bring to the sector.
We want to give a voice to the rich diversity already within the sector and create an environment that others want to be a part of. We want to shine a light on the sector’s role in promoting and facilitating wider equality, diversity and inclusion in our communities. Most of all, we want people to share their stories and be heard.
