Emma is part of Biffa’s wellbeing team, which supports over 10,000 colleagues across the UK. She is passionate about helping people to thrive and works hard to engage colleagues in wellbeing initiatives and campaigns that really make a difference.

As Health and Wellbeing Advisor, Emma has implemented a network of Mental Health First Aiders across Biffa, which is proving to be effective in supporting the company’s mainly operational employees.

Emma is a qualified personal trainer and mental health first aider which supports her holistic approach to mental health.
