Debbie has have over 20-years’ resources and waste sector experience. She currently works within the Policy and Insights team in WRAP working on projects relating to waste policy implementation in Northern Ireland and England. She is a Chartered Environmentalist, a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (CIWM) and the current Chair of CIWM in Northern Ireland.
