After 25 years with Air Liquide working with CO2 but also setting up a significant Biogas operation in the UK, David moved to new adventures supporting businesses in the renewable gas space and advising on CO2 opportunities as a consultant and a board adviser. He is currently President of the British Compressed Gas Association, the trade body for Industrial CO2 supply and use, along with other bodies, with a focus on safety. He also is on the advisory board of ADBA and vice Chair of REA Green Gas Committee, as well as recently becoming a volunteer ambassador for Dementia UK.
