Chris Mills is WRAP’s Special Adviser for Collections and Recycling in the Policy and Insights area. Chris has worked in waste management for nearly 25 years helping the roll out of collection services across the UK. Chris is evidence lead on collections working closely with Government policy leads and supporting WRAP’s national delivery teams to help deliver national increases in recycling of food waste and recyclable materials. Most recently Chris and his team have been working on wide-ranging Council and business support mechanisms to help implementing change in England and Northern Ireland.
