Starting my career at Cleanaway in 2006 as a business development executive working out of the Lincoln depot. I was quickly hooked on the industry. Moving to Bell Waste in 2008 a local waste management company in the same role. Learning the difference between a large company and a small one. However in 2011 I wanted to specialise in one area of the industry. Joining IWPP the trading arm of The Recycling Association as commercial manager, before in 2015 being promoted to sit on the board of IWPP and becoming commercial director. Before finally becoming Managing Director of IWPP in December 2022.
