The Group has the overarching aim to bring those early in their career within piling and ground engineering together to gain experience and exposure to the wider FPS and company members.

The Group offers a variety of events and talks to enhance Group Members’ understanding of how the wider industry works. It was set up to help people within the first 10 years of their career.
