We have been developing & producing machines for the recycling industry in Krempe, North Germany, since 1990. Matthiessen machines are in daily use all over the world.
The Matthiessen bag splitter opens & empties recyclable bags of various types and sizes. The special feature is that the recyclables are neither crushed or ground into small pieces - optimizing conditions for the subsequent sorting processes.
As a result of its modular design, the Matthiessen bag splitter can be perfectly adapted to any requirement. In addition to three different working widths (1500 - 1750 - 2000 mm), We offer bunker volumes of upto 70m³. A variety of different rotor - counter comb versions that allow excellent ripping, emptying as well as dosing results, and all this with an energy consumption of less than 35kWh!
