A Chartered Waste Manager and CL:AIRE Qualified Person (QP) - Sam has over 20 years' experience working within the Contaminated Land and Remediation industries.

Sam engages with key stakeholders throughout the early stages of a project to help unlock complex technical, permitting, waste, materials management and regulatory challenges. He remains close throughout the project lifecycle to help maximise efficiency and ensure compliance - including validation & verification.

An early advocate of the CL:AIRE Definition of Waste Code of Practice (DoWCoP), and working alongside other mechanisms, Sam continues to support its use across construction projects as a means of sustainable materials management.

Sam believes strongly in the education and development of all workers within the Contaminated Land, Remediation and Waste / Materials Management industries as a means to ensuring innovation and best practice.
