Paul is a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management and has been in the waste sector for nearly 28 years. He started his career in waste regulation before moving to public sector service delivery ultimately running inhouse waste collection, street cleaning and grounds maintenance services. After a period as an independent and then ‘corporate’ consultant Paul returned to the Public sector with the country’s largest Waste Disposal Authority – the Greater Manchester Combined Authority.
