Paul is a Senior Associate Director of water, energy and environment at Jacobs with over 25 years experience. Paul leads Jacobs' surface water management team across the UK and Europe. He is a passionate advocate of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS), Natural Flood Management (NFM), and is keen to see multi-use blue green infrastructure, and a catchment based approach become business as usual.
