I’ve worked for the Environment Agency for 25 years in a variety of roles across Flood Risk Management, environmental improvement and hydraulic modelling. I currently lead on digital transformation in Flood and Coastal Risk Management (FCRM), and I wrote the FCRM Digital Strategy. My teams maintain and develop our main mapping services for 2M customers a year on GOV.UK, we also lead on digital skills development in FCRM and on digital maturity business wide. While we are also busy driving digital innovation through our programme of technology partnerships; engaging adults and young people on flood risk management and climate change.
