Jed has worked in flood risk, rivers, environment and projects for nearly 25 years. Jed has led all types of projects from designing and building water supplies in the tropical rainforest; to installing navigation facilities; to building formal flood defences. Jed has also worked in hands-on roles coordinating response to major floods and spent a few years as an on-call firefighter. Jed is currently leading Project Groundwater - an innovation project aiming to transform how groundwater flooding is understood and managed.
