Gemma is the Regional Manager for Consultancy South-West. After having graduated with a degree in Geology she joined a multi-disciplinary consultancy where she developed her skills and built up a catalogue of site experience. After working on large redevelopment projects including former airfield sites and historical gas works, she sought a change in role where she would have a more direct impact on the environment. Gemma joined the Adler & Allan Group in 2019 with a desire to have a positive influence on the environment through remediation and restoration following pollution spill incidents.
