Chris Ramsbottom is the Project Strategy Director in the consultancy division of Adler & Allan. Starting life as a landscaper, learning shovelling and barrowing skills that still hold up today, Chris moved a degree in Geography & Geology into postgraduate research on the effects of vegetation on soil slope stability.

Since then, Chris has accumulated over 20 years’ experience as an environmental professional, focusing on environmental risk reduction for transactional due diligence, construction and development projects, pollution incident response and management, site operations and permitting, and materials and waste management.

With extensive experience in contaminated land resolution and remediation, Chris is passionate about protecting the environment and reputations.
